Welcome to Estancia
The Estancia is a 600-acre guard gated community at the base of Pinnacle Peak Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. The community includes 225 custom home lots and 39 homes built within the La Scala community of Estancia for a grand total of 264 distinctive estate homes.
The Estancia Club is one of the top golf courses in Arizona and has an active caddy program. Designed by Tom Fazio, the course was built around the natural features of the land to take advantage of the desert and mountain scenery. Clubhouse amenities include dining, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and a swimming pool. Club membership is separate from home ownership.
Attractions include Pinnacle Peak Park (opened 2002), George "Doc" Cavaliere Park (2012), the Four Seasons Resort, Troon North Golf Club (public) with two 18 holes courses, Troon Country Club (private), Estancia Golf Club (private), and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve nearby, providing miles of horse, bike, and hiking trails.
