We have bought and sold many houses all over the country and experienced all different types of realtors. It always seemed as though they would bring a few good qualities to the table that would overshadow any negative. The Lucky's literally has all of the good qualities and zero of the negative. My sister referred them so I knew I had a win bc my sister does her homework and finds the best in the biz. She was spot on! I like to walk in my sister's neighborhood and I often see The Lucky's sign. Not only did I love their name but they are such a beautiful family (I later found out that they are as beautiful on the inside, as out). We decided to put our house on the market on a Wednesday. I called Lisa and she and her daughter, Laura came out the next day. The following day their photographer took pictures and we went live Saturday at 7:00 am. By 9:00 am we had two showings set up for that morning. We had 2 offers by 2:00 pm - one full price and one over asking! One might think that we were underpriced but we were actually higher than the normal sq footage asking price. We also only had three showings (the last showing is currently a backup offer). We closed on the house we are selling and are allowed by the buyer to live rent-free for 2 months while we close on our new home. We knew specifically that we wanted to be in my sister's neighborhood and the day we listed Lisa Lucky told us they had a house coming on right down the street from my sister. This was just one of many God things that the Lucky's were involved in. This house is now under contract by us! They are now the transaction broker on this house since they have it listed too. The best thing is that they are so amazing and good at their job that I never minded that they had to remain neutral. We didn't skip a beat! I literally could go on forever about the Lucky's and their amazing, extraordinary, superior team! They have two incredible assistants—Kim and Kelly! Kelly Hobrock is the transaction coordinator and is over-the-top smart. Kim Mullins is the showing coordinator and is so good at this very important part of the job! They are huge assets to the Lucky team. Laura and Lisa share duties and complement each other so well. Laura showed us several houses and is so knowledgeable! We asked so many questions—she had obviously done her homework about every house we looked at. For a couple of the houses, I asked the showing realtor a question about the property line and Laura knew the answer! She is truly amazing! My husband and I kept saying this couldn't get any better and then it would! Every single step was perfect and simple! We did nothing bc they took the reins and handled every single detail. When it came time for inspection, they had awesome people who they know and trust show up! I have since shared all of these people with everyone I know bc all of them blew us away! All referrals were tried and true and we felt blessed to have all of them! The Lucky's photographer - oh my gosh! Literally, the best photos I have ever seen on a listing. They are a huge part of what initially brought the buyer to us! The Lucky's, Kim, and Kelly bring so much to the table! They run their business like a fine-oiled machine. They constantly tag team and compliment each other in every way. We asked so many questions and they are excellent at explaining. They are so knowledgeable in their field! I was constantly in awe! They set up all appointments, sent over all documents, and took care of every angle. I absolutely feel so blessed to have this group and I am so beyond grateful that they are in my corner. They set the bar so high for every other realtor to aspire to be this good! They truly care so much about their clients and I am so proud to call them my realtor and dear friends! Actually, they are more like family! I never stressed one time during this process because I have always said "Let Go, Let God" and now along with that I say Let The Lucky's! They are perfect! I have so many words that describe the 5 of them- expert in their field, skillful, proficient, perseverance (my favorite word), kind, beautiful on the inside and out, extraordinary, capable, experienced, virtuous, well-organized, honest, accomplished and absolutely the best in their field! Selling a home is a big deal and if not in the right hands it could go a different way. I was at peace and so happy throughout this entire experience. It could not have had a better outcome. Definitely a God thing and I truly believe he brought the Lucky's to my door! We are so blessed to have found this amazing! You deserve a million stars! Thanks a million!
