Welcome to Troon North
This area is high Sonoran Desert, roughly 1500 feet higher than the valley floor with scattered granite mountains, hills, ridges, and knobs. Rainfall is almost twice that of the valley floor creating a thick, lush, and diverse landscape. Because of the elevation changes and the surrounding mountains, there are view opportunities all around.
Residents enjoy year-round premier hiking and biking trails, tennis, pickle ball, two family parks, nature, and wildlife, panoramic views, and spectacular sunsets all within the community boundaries. Troon North community has two public 18-hole golf courses that wrap around and through the surrounding desert. In addition, the golf club has a restaurant on the premises that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other nearby amenities include Troon North Community Par, Doc Cavalliere Park, Brown’s Ranch Trailhead, and Pinnacle Peak Park. This is one of the most desirable areas in the Valley.
