Welcome to Troon Village
Troon Village is a 1,400-acre residential master-planned golf community in north Scottsdale, nestled around the stunning Troon Mountain. There’s a great variety of residential options here, from townhomes to semi-custom and custom homes, as well as homesites for building your dream home. No matter where you are in the community, you’ll enjoy incredible mountain views. The higher elevation means cooler temperatures, cleaner air, and even some gorgeous Valley and city light views.
One of the highlights of living here is Troon Country Club, one of Arizona’s top-rated golf clubs. It was one of the first desert golf courses in Scottsdale, and it’s named after the renowned Royal Troon Golf Club in Scotland, where Tom Weiskopf won the British Open in 1973. The golf course was actually Tom Weiskopf's first design, created in collaboration with Jay Morrish. They designed the course before even considering where homes would be built. The 58,000+ square foot contemporary clubhouse offers fantastic dining with breathtaking views of the Sonoran Desert, Troon Mountain, and Pinnacle Peak. There’s always something on the social calendar for residents to enjoy.
The fitness and wellness center here is top-notch, with 9,000 square feet of space—some say it’s the best club facility in Scottsdale. Troon Country Club offers both social and golf memberships, which are available by application and subject to availability. The Lucky’s have called Troon Village home since 1997, and it’s widely considered one of the most desirable areas in the Valley.
