Whisper Rock

Whisper Rock Estates is an exclusive guard-gated golf community on 850 acres in North Scottsdale which offers large custom home sites, ranging from one to five acres. The community consists mainly of custom homes in addition to 17 villas. Amenities of the community include a 3-acre desert park that includes a 2,500 square foot fitness facility (with strength and cardio equipment, exercise studio, locker rooms, massage rooms, and a catering kitchen for functions), a lap pool, spa, outdoor living room, a half-court basketball court, 2 sunken tennis courts, and recreational sized turf area.

 

Whisper Rock’s golf club has 2 challenging courses. The Lower Course was designed by Phil Mickelson and Gary Stephenson and the Upper Course was designed by Tom Fazio. Club membership is separate from home ownership. Membership in the Whisper Rock Golf Club is by sponsorship and invitation only. Other gated communities in the Whisper Rock Area include Las Piedras and Solstice at Sevano. Pinnacle Peak Ranchos is adjacent to Whisper Rock to the South.
